All of my landscape paintings are site specific, meaning that they are either painted on location en plein air or from photographs that I have taken in my travels around this amazing country that I live in. My primary medium is Gouache (opaque watercolor) or occasionally acrylic or oils.

- "Leaf fall", Gouache on Arches watercolor paper. !3" X 18" This is a real tree. Species unknown. Yes, some of the leaves are really that big. I was captivated by the energy of the leaves falling from the tree during a late October day. An explosion of colors and shapes.
